At JORESTECH Safety, we prioritize your protection and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for safety compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
